Rosalia
Rosalia Vila or Rosalia (Spanish for "Rosalia") is an Spanish pop and flamenco singer. Involved in the margins of both traditional and popular music since her teens she is also involved in other styles like hip-hop soul and trap. Guitarist from Flamenco Pepe habichuela described her voice as sweet and sharp, yet having the grit of more mature singers. El Mal Querer is her second album that was released in 2018, which was commercially and critically acclaimed. After Los Angeles, her debut album, released in 2017, got an Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and earned an Latin Grammy nod. The track La Fama featuring the Weeknd was released in 2021. Motomami, her third album was a collaboration with songwriting partners Cory Henry and James Blake. The set was released on March 20, 2022 after a performance of the single Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia performed solo for the first time ever on the show. As well as winning three more Latin Grammy Awards for Motomami Rosalia, she also became the first woman to win this award twice. Latin Album of the Year twice.
